Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The data controller is the operator of this website and of the @BlackArbitrageHQ Telegram channel ("we"); full legal details are provided on request and with every order confirmation. For any privacy matter, contact us on Telegram at @BlackArbitrageHQ.
2. What we collect
- Website visits — this site is a static page hosted on Cloudflare. We set no advertising or profiling cookies and run no third-party analytics. Cloudflare, as hosting/CDN provider, processes technical data (IP address, request logs) to serve and protect the site; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
- Telegram contact — if you message us, we process your Telegram username/ID and the content of the conversation (requests, negotiations, support). Telegram itself processes your data under its own privacy policy.
- Purchases — data needed to deliver and administer your order: agreed price and product, payment references (e.g. transaction identifiers; we do not store card numbers), license identifiers and the trading account number(s) your license is bound to.
We do not knowingly sell to, or collect data from, anyone under 18.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- Performance of a contract — handling your enquiry, delivering products, activating licenses, providing the feed and support.
- Legitimate interests — securing the site and services, enforcing license terms, preventing fraud and abuse.
- Legal obligations — accounting, tax and record-keeping requirements.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate (hosting/CDN — Cloudflare; payment processing, where applicable) and with authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
We use providers (Cloudflare, Telegram) that may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where GDPR applies, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy mechanisms implemented by the providers.
6. Retention
Chat and order data are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and licenses, and thereafter as required by tax, accounting and liability rules. Data no longer needed is deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, message us on Telegram; we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Erasure requests are honoured except where retention is legally required (e.g. purchase records).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
